This is a selling position in which commission is earned on all personal sales, in addition to the hourly pay. Additionally, responsibilities of this leadership position include coaching and motivating employees, creating events to drive sales, recruiting/interviewing team members, ensuring merchandising directives are followed, and scheduling. Previous experience in a leadership role is required.
